The backstage Kitchen Party at east gives you the chance to experience our varied menus first hand.
Select delicious sushi or sashimi treats from the sushi bar while you watch the masters at work. Watch over the shoulder of head chef Tell Wagner as he prepares your food in the kitchen. Or, if you prefer, take part in the sessions at the live cooking stations in the restaurant.
All good food needs good booze. The live cookery event is matched by the presence of a number of significant wineries and their head honchos, sharing their thoughts and favourite wines.
