48 handsome fish dishes were created, photographed, and put together in the astonishing book of pictures “Sushimania”. They were created by the Masters of Sushi Ngima Sherpa and Tamatsu Tashi. In the German-English Coffee Table Book the author Lutz Jäkel tells the history of the east hotel, its makers and the ideas that stood behind it. He tells about the development since the opening in 2004 until today, as well as the plans for the future. The book was published from the Umschau Verlag.
The book shows not only the first class looks of the sushi creations; the Sushi has also first class ingredients. The amateur sushi cooks at home can follow all the creations in the recipes, which are accompanied by wine recommendations.
