Hawaii...
... „the land of joy, of waves and of the hula.”

Lomi Lomi Nui – Hawaiian Temple Massage
The type of massage was passed down from generation to generation and comes originally from the people native to Haiti and means something like kneading, pressing – the local Hawaiians also talk of the gift of love. Smooth, and sometimes intensive, wave-like movements using palms, lower arms and elbows over the whole body create a light rhythmic sensation based on the hula that requires close contact between the masseur and the customer. This stimulates nerve ends, creating a kind of floating feeling that relaxes the muscles and releases deep-ingrained blockages. The ‘Lomi’ also includes exercises to ease your joints and stretch your muscles. Take a trip with us to Hawaii and bring back some love of life and energy for your everyday life.

Chinese Herbal Bag Massage
The form of massage has its origins in India, but later established itself throughout the rest of Asia. According to Chinese medicine, the massage bags were prepared using linen and a unique herbal mixture based on century-old recipes, which were then soaked in warm sesame seed oil. In this massage, the hands are only used as aids to release deep-lying bodily tensions. The aim of this massage that uses the herbal bag in pressing, rubbing and patting motions is to bring yin and yang back into equilibrium. The massage can have stimulating, calming and harmonising effects.

Shiatsu - approx. 75 min.
is a body therapy that originally emanated from the traditional Chinese ‘tui na’ massage, itself based on the body’s meridian system. A good therapy draws on an understanding of life movements (yin and yang), of the five phases as well as an understanding of the course and functions of the meridians. Translated, the word shiatsu actually means ‘finger pressure’, which the therapist actually practises with his/her full body. Here, it is important for the customer to be open to the therapist’s instructions, thus enabling the energy to flow between the two. This massage is carried out on a mat while the customer is clothed. “Shiatsu is respectful and spacious, honest and deep, clear and open.” „Shiatsu ist achtsam und raumgebend, ehrlich und tief, klar und offen!“

Ayurveda
is the oldest form of medicine passed down by man and more-or-less means ‘life science’ or ‘worldly wisdom’. The principles of Ayurveda distinguish between three different types of constitution: vata (air, space), pitta (fire, water) and kapha (earth, water). The aim is to balance these temperaments internally and use a variety of methods to prevent serious illnesses.
