Our kitchen team headed by Executive Chef Tell Wagner is committed to best quality produce, giving priority to seasonal and regional ingredients. Fish and seafood are sourced exclusively in the highest available quality and from certified suppliers with whom Tell enjoys a long and trusting relationship. For example, east Restaurant's prized dry-aged beef is sourced by True Wilderness, a leading supplier of beef from Northern Germany.
There is a new highlight at the east restaurant. The east kitchen crew under the head chef Christopher Gieritz is happy to welcome the new SOUTHBEND INFRARED GRILL. This american grill ensures with a temperature of 800°C an extraordinary grill quality. Due to this high temperature the pores instantly seal, the juices remains inside the meat and create a perfect crust. Now you can enjoy a unique flavor with best quality products.
