The hotel's own east Restaurant is one of Hamburg's hottest nightlife addresses and is popular with hotel guests and Hamburg residents alike. It is located within the walls of a former iron foundry. Hints of its historic past can be found in numerous places in the restaurant, in the walls and in the preserved building structures.


The kitchen team and sushi crew provides you with unusual sushi and sashimi, salads, fish and meat dishes, and sweets from their own pâtisserie.
