There is something to discover in Hamburg at all times of the year. Hamburg is especially beautiful during spring and summer, where the climate is relatively mild. It is better to arrange your travel time according to the numerous events in the city.

The east Hotel is optimally connected to public transportation. From both the main station and the airport, you can reach us by train in a short time. The stations nearby are the St. Pauli subway (U3) and the S-Bahn station Reeperbahn (S1).

The entrance to the public parking garage at Simon-von-Utrecht-Straße 33 is directly to the left of the main entrance.

The following tariffs apply:

• Hourly rate: EUR 4.00
• Maximum parking fee (24 hours): EUR 25.00
• Overnight guests: EUR 25.00 / day
• Lost ticket: EUR 50.00It is not possible to reserve a parking space.

Parking at your own risk. The conditions for setting up the ticket machine apply. The maximum passage height is 2.00 meters. Entry with a trailer is not permitted.

There are several charging stations on the upper deck of the public parking garage at the east Hotel that you can use to charge electric cars during your stay.

The charging stations have a charging capacity of 11kW and are charged using a Mode 3 cable. The charging time depends on the respective vehicle and the current charge level.

There are also numerous public charging stations in the area around the east Hotel.

Children are welcome at east Hotel & Restaurant.

Dogs are allowed in almost the entire east Hotel & Restaurant, provided they are on a leash and behave quietly.

For EUR 25,00 per day your four-legged friend gets a separate sleeping area or basket as well as a blanket, toys and dog treats. Dog are not permitted in our Loft and Studio rooms.

We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards as well as EC cards.

The east Hotel is the ideal starting point to experience and discover Hamburg up close! With a central location in the heart of St. Pauli, you are right in the middle of the action and yet far away from the hustle and bustle. While the quiet Hamburg harbor is just around the corner, the Reeperbahn invites you to celebrate with its countless bars, restaurants and clubs. In the “Sternschanze”, which can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, you can eat, drink and turn night into day. If you want to get to experience Hamburg's history, you've come to the right place in the neighboring “Speicherstadt”, which borders directly on the “HafenCity”. For the avid shopping fans among you, Hamburg is a true paradise: “Mönkebergstraße” and “Jungfernstieg” invite you to stroll and feast for hours. Also be sure to explore the greenery in “Eppendorf” and “Uhlenhorst” as well as its small boutiques and restaurants or lie in the sun in the city park. More information is available HERE.

Included in your hotel stay is the use of the east Sporting Club and the Sauna, as well as free wireless internet with a speed of up to 15 MBit/s. You will also receive a bottle of mineral water on arrival.

Check-in is guaranteed daily from 4.00 pm. If you arrive before, we will be happy to store your suitcases until your room is available. The regular check-out on the day of departure is until 12.00 pm at noon. On request and depending on availability, the checkout can be moved to 2.00 pm (additional EUR 40,00) or 4.00 pm (additional EUR 60,00).

We kindly ask all our guests to pay with debit or credit cards and avoid cash payments.

We aim to offer our guests as much flexibility as possible. The cancellation and payment conditions of your reservation are noted in the summary and your booking confirmation. In case of later cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the accommodation rate from the credit card.

If you do not arrive, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of the rate.

Our reception is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There, we are happy to help you with reservations for our east cosmos restaurants and other requests. Feel free to also ask us regarding insider tips for an unforgettable stay.

For the perfect start of the day, our delicious breakfast buffet is served to our hotel guests, which can also be paid on site. A registration is not required.

A baby cot can be provided upon request for our youngest guests, except for bookings for our Loft and Studio rooms. Children 5 years old or younger stay for free when sharing a bed with their parents. Breakfast for children (0-5 years old) is complimentary. Children age 6 to 16 can be selected in the booking process in the occupancy for the stay. Unfortunately, we do not offer any family rooms or units with a connecting door.

An extra bed can be selected during the booking process through our Homepage when selecting the occupancy for your stay. If you already have a booking at our hotel, please reach out to us via reservations@east-hamburg.de.

The Yakshi's Bar is open daily from 08.00 am until open end. The Bombay Lounge with outside terrace is not subject to specific opening hours and is available to you as “working space". Furthermore, both lounges can be booked exclusively.

east restaurant is open daily from 5.00pm onwards. Kitchen closes at 10.00pm.

Smaller dishes and snacks can be orderes from the snack menu daily from 2.00pm till 5.00pm.

In addition to our restaurant with 230 seats, the Bombay Lounge is the perfect location for company celebrations and private events for up to 24 people. The lounge has a private outdoor terrace overlooking our landscaped courtyard “Dedon” Island.

All restaurants of the east cosmos (east Hamburg, clouds - Heaven's Bar & Kitchen, coast by east) rely on local traditions when compiling their menus and obtain the ingredients from the best producers and farmers from Germany, Spain and Asia, among others. The direct relationship and close contact with our suppliers are important to us - because we not only want to offer you dishes with stories, but also to process each individual product in a particularly sustainable way.

Our coast by east at the HafenCity location with an unobstructed view of the Hamburg Elbe Philharmonic invites you to enjoy seafood.

A cosmos consists of several parts and in unity results in a large whole. We are also growing steadily with Hamburg.
In 2004 the first cornerstone of the east cosmos was laid. The east Hotel opened its doors in St. Pauli and received its guests in the chic design hotel, which was built from a former iron foundry. In the meantime, the coast by east - Seafood, Bar & Grill in an absolutely top location in Hafencity, the clouds - Heaven's Bar & Kitchen in the Tanzenden Türme and the coast by east from Mallorca are part of our east cosmos.

Our employees are tolerant and outgoing. We have people of different nationalities, cultures, faiths and sexual orientations working side by side - right from the start. Racism and exclusion for whatever reason are not tolerated or tolerated by us.
