As of June 1, 2021, hotel guests are required to present a negative Corona rapid test or a negative PCR test upon arrival.Fully vaccinated persons do not need a test, the proof is provided by presenting the personal vaccination certificate.Convalescents do not need a negative test if they can prove that they have survived SARS-CoV-2.

In addition to all our measures, we are also dependent on the "cooperation" of our guests during implementation. We therefore ask you to accept the infection control measures ordered by the authorities and to support east employees in implementing them.

Use the new online Pre Check-In and check-in to the hotel contactless. You will receive the link to the Pre Check-In with your reservation confirmation.
If possible, travel by your own car. The public parking garage at Simon-von-Utrecht-Strasse 31 offers parking subject to availability.
Out of consideration for other guests and our staff, please enter the building only wearing mouth and nose protection and register first at the hotel reception.
Please use the disinfectant dispensers provided and maintain a minimum distance of 1.50m from other guests and staff.
In order to be able to trace any chains of infection, we are required by law to record some of your personal data, which may be passed on to the health authorities.
If possible, please reserve your table in advance with our reception team and wear your mouth and nose protection first when visiting the restaurant.
On your table you will find a QR code that you can scan with your smartphone. This gives you contactless access to the menu and wine list. Feel free to ask your service staff for current daily specials, recommendations, etc. or for a haptic menu.
Presenting, carving or preparing at the table, is unfortunately not possible at this time. Items that are used by more than one person (salt and pepper shakers) may not be placed on the tables for sanitary reasons. If necessary, please ask your service staff.
We recommend that you wash your hands thoroughly before eating. Washrooms are available nearby in the restaurant. Please put on your mouth and nose protection when going to the washrooms.
You will of course have the opportunity to spend time at the hotel bar after dinner. Please wear your mouth and nose protection until you take your seat. The furniture is rearranged according to the minimum distances. Please note that you are only allowed to spend time at the bar with your accompanying persons, or with persons from another household.
When walking to your hotel room or leaving the building, please wear your mouth and nose protection and make sure you keep a sufficient minimum distance from other guests and service personnel.
