During the east Gourmet Summer from June 14^th to August 31^st, 2025, the kitchen team will serve you a delicious 3-course menu, optionally vegetarian, for two people for only EUR 89,00!

With meat and fish

• Starter: east signature maki with mackerel, grilled guacamole, and nut butter panko
• Main course: east-style surf and turf with beef medallion, grilled tiger prawns, bimi, Asian lobster foam, and parsley root cream
• Dessert: strawberry champagne soup with yuzu marshmallow

Vegetarian

• Starter: east garden maki with cucumber, grilled guacamole, and nut butter panko
• Main course: umami bossom with fried king oyster mushrooms and shimeji mushrooms, miso foam, bimi, and parsley root cream
• Dessert: strawberry champagne soup with yuzu marshmallow
