Paul Kalkbrenner x east Hotel & Restaurant GmbH

1. Organizer

The organizer of this giveaway is east Hotel & Restaurant GmbH, Simon-von-Utrecht-Straße 31, 20359 Hamburg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

 

2. Subject of the Prize Draw

The Organizer is conducting a giveaway in which one eligible participant will win a one-night stay including breakfast in a double room at east Hotel Hamburg from June 27 to June 28, 2026, as well as two tickets to the Paul Kalkbrenner Open Air concert on June 27, 2026.

 

 

3. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons only who have reached the age of 18, have their permanent place of residence in Germany, and properly subscribe to the Organizer’s east cosmos newsletter within the participation period. Employees of the Organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

 

 

4. Participation

Participation in the giveaway is exclusively via Instagram during the specified participation period.
To enter, participants must:

• Like the giveaway post;
• Follow the Instagram accounts @east_cosmos and @iampaulkalkbrenner;
• Comment on the giveaway post, tagging the person with whom they would like to attend the concert.

Each participant may enter the giveaway only once. Multiple comments do not increase the chances of winning. Automated entries, the use of competition-entry services, or any similar methods of participation are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

 

 

5. Participation Period

The giveaway begins on June 16, 2026, at 6:00 PM (CEST) and ends on June 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CEST).

 

 

6. Prize

One winner will receive:

• One overnight stay for two persons, including breakfast, at east Hotel Hamburg; 
• Two tickets to the Paul Kalkbrenner Open Air concert on June 27, 2026.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No legal entitlement exists to a specific redemption period beyond the dates specified in the prize description.

 

 

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the giveaway has ended. The winner will be notified via direct message from the Instagram account @east_cosmos.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification being sent, the prize will be forfeited without replacement, and a new winner will be selected.

 

 

8. Data Protection

Participation in the giveaway requires the processing of personal data. In particular, the following data may be processed: Instagram username. The data will be used solely for the administration and execution of the giveaway. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). 9. Exclusion from the Prize Draw

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of: violations of these Terms and Conditions, false or misleading information, attempts at manipulation or automated participation.

 

 

10. Liability

The Organizer shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. This limitation shall not apply to liability arising from injury to life, body, or health. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for the availability or functionality of Instagram or for any technical disruptions that may affect participation in the giveaway. Furthermore, the Organizer shall not be liable for transmission errors, data loss, or other technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

 

 

11. Early Termination or Modification

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the prize draw at any time for valid reasons if proper execution can no longer be guaranteed.

 

 

12. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
Legal recourse is excluded.
