As soon as you enter, you notice it: Light, openness and a touch of urban loft dominate here. The high ceilings give space to thoughts, while large window fronts provide a view of the greenery and the golf garden. The combination of red designer carpeting and dark elements creates an atmosphere that is both high-quality and warm - typical east, but reinterpreted.

 

Visible ventilation pipes, modern spotlight strips and a clear design language are reminiscent of industrial design without appearing cool. Instead, the result is a place that invites people to linger and exchange ideas - not just for meetings, but for encounters of all kinds.

 

Amber, Pepper, Olive - three rooms, many possibilities

The new rooms are more than just spaces: they are versatile settings for a wide variety of work formats. Amber offers 70 square meters of space for larger groups and can be flexibly combined with Pepper (45 square meters) and Olive (45 square meters). This creates up to six different room variants - from intimate meetings to panel talks, from workshops to receptions.

 

Mobile walls ensure maximum flexibility, while the room height of three meters and the generous windows create a feeling of space. Each room can be completely darkened and is equipped with high-quality wooden tables, upholstered chairs and state-of-the-art technology: Legamaster Smart Screens (75 or 86 inches), floor boxes with power sockets and windows that can be opened are standard.

 

Work as it suits you - open work space & more

What makes this new floor special is not just the variety of rooms, but the overall concept. An open work space opens up between the meeting rooms - an area that can be used for spontaneous work, breakout sessions or short 1:1 discussions. This is where the best ideas often emerge away from the conference table, in a quick exchange or during a brief pause.

 

The open pantry looks like a stylish bar and creates a place for encounters: whether it's a reception, coffee break, flying buffet or an after-work drink - everything can take place directly in the meeting area. This saves distances and creates an atmosphere in which networking becomes a matter of course.

 

Flexibility that can be felt in everyday life

The new conference floor takes the meeting process a step further: guests who arrive early or leave late can find a place in the open workspace for a quick email check or a short phone call. This keeps the conference room undisturbed and makes the whole process more relaxed and comfortable.The technical infrastructure is designed for modern working formats: Hybrid meetings, streaming, presentations - everything is possible without having to be converted first. The rooms adapt, not the other way around.
