Rooms that think for themselves
Our 11 conference rooms are as varied as the demands placed on them: From concentrated strategy workshops on a small scale to presentations with over 200 guests. Flexibility is not an add-on for us, but standard - mobile partition walls, modern technology and variable seating arrangements create rooms that can be changed when the dynamics of a day change.
Some rooms have a deliberately minimalist design, others open up to the outside with natural light. But the focus is always on the character of east: well thought-out design, clear lines, warm materials - and a sense of space that focuses rather than distracts.
Atmosphere instead of standard
Conferencing at east means more than just “booking a room”. It means getting involved in an environment that promotes collaboration - not through volume, but through attitude. Between historic brickwork and contemporary interiors, the building creates a setting in which professionalism and ease are not mutually exclusive.
We know that: The best ideas are often not generated between a flipchart and a projector, but rather over coffee at the breakfast table or over a glass of wine after the last agenda item. That's why we offer lounge areas, gastronomic delights and direct access to the bar, terrace and urban surroundings.
